The Cross was made to lean on....

"And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."
Galatians 6:9

"A Cross is Made to Lean On"'

How often we hear people say, "It is my cross to bear". Is a cross to bear, or is it to lean on?

Sometimes we are so turned inward we fail to see some of life's "burdens" as "blessings". If we will lean upon the cross of Jesus, He will help us to "see".

His work knows no season. He told His disciples that the harvest was now; not later. And as we help, we need not grow weary, we need not grow faint; for He has promised to lighten our burdens.

"Jesus bore our cross" (let's lean on it and Him)

Think and pray about this: Can you think of times in your life when you have been able to lighten your load, your daily burdens by "leaning" on the cross and God's promises?
